Keep availability connected
Existing assigned jobs block occupied times for that person. BluePetal checks availability again when a customer confirms, so competing booking requests cannot claim the same time.
Let customers manage changes
An on-screen confirmation provides a private link. Customers can cancel or reschedule eligible appointments before your cutoff. Canceled appointments release the time and stay in your records.

Publish your website, enable Customers, Jobs, and Dispatch, and add an active team member. In Online booking, configure your services and hours, save, then share the booking address through your website button or business profile. Booking starts switched off.

Availability uses your BluePetal schedule, with one assigned person per service and one daily opening window. External calendars are not synchronized. Customers save their private link; automatic confirmation emails and reminders are not included.
Keep customers informed
No payment is collected during booking. Contact customers directly about changes you make in Dispatch. For appointments already in progress, linked to invoices or time records, or past the change cutoff, customers contact your business.
