DRAFT SERVICE TERMS

Terms for a responsible website service.

These are product-facing draft terms, not a substitute for legal advice. Have qualified counsel adapt them to your business, jurisdiction, billing policy, and privacy obligations before charging customers.

Customer content and accuracy

Customers own the business information and content they provide. They are responsible for ensuring that services, locations, credentials, reviews, prices, and claims are accurate and lawful. BluePetal Studio may provide drafting tools, but does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, or a particular search position.

Search and location pages

Location pages should represent areas the business genuinely serves and contain useful, supportable local information. BluePetal Studio’s evidence workflow is designed to reduce low-value duplication; the customer remains responsible for final publication choices.

Account administration and customer-approved support

BluePetal Studio may use limited account, subscription, publishing, and aggregate usage information to operate, secure, bill, and improve the service. Hands-on access to a customer workspace requires the customer to enable support access. Authorized support may make requested changes while access is enabled, and important support activity is logged. BluePetal Studio does not ask customers to reveal their password.

Subscriptions and payments

Recurring plan charges are processed by Stripe after checkout. Before launch, specify cancellation timing, refunds, price-change notice, taxes, and any trial terms in a final attorney-reviewed agreement.

Availability and security

BluePetal Studio should be operated with HTTPS, durable backups, current dependencies, properly configured access controls, and a documented response process. No online service can promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
